High-quality conveyor and processing belts
In 1984, Derco started out developing high-grade conveyor and processing belts using PVC, PU, polyester, and silicone coatings. We are proud of the broad array of belt types we have developed for our distributors and their customers. Derco’s standard range contains around 1,500 belt types for use in virtually every conceivable industry. We can supply many of our products directly from stock. Thanks to our flexible production system, we can also supply customised and less common types in no time.
Derco’s R&D team draws on their ample knowledge and experience in finding a solution to any problem. Derco always tries to stay ahead of future regulations. The Research & Development department plays a crucial role in developing new plastic formulae and products. Existing products are continuously optimised using the latest technologies.
Solvent-free
We at Derco are constantly aware of our responsibility towards future generations. The R&D team works ceaselessly on developing new and sustainable working methods. We have implemented reuse and recycling methods, and Derco conveyor and processing belts have been manufactured 100% solvent-free since 2012. Derco has also produced various innovations in the area of non-toxic base materials.
